Shipping Costs 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AUSTRALIA

Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $65.

Standard Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $10.

Express Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $15.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For customers outside of Australia, we offer Standard International Shipping only.

Standard Delivery is charged at a flat rate of AUD$24.95.

Order processing and delivery times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt.

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia using Australia Post.

Please allow 2-8 business days for standard shipping and 1-4 days for express delivery within Australia. Please allow extra time for rural and remote locations within Australia.

Please allow 6-27 business days for standard shipping outside of Australia.

Tracking your delivery  

All our orders come with a tracking code that will be emailed to you once dispatched. Should you have any problem receiving your tracking code, please reach out to us at info@glowcultureco.com.au.
